Jay Johnson is a Senior Broker at Resolute, Inc. with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in strategic advisory, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and portfolio management. He has negotiated hundreds of leases and completed more than $80 million in purchase and sale transactions.

Based in the Denver Metro Area, Jay has executed deals across 35 states, providing nationwide support across office, retail, industrial, and self-storage sectors. Prior to Resolute, he served as Director of Brokerage at VanWest Partners and as a Senior Vice President at Cresa Global.

Laura Frenkel is a Senior Broker at Resolute, Inc., specializing in commercial investment sales and leasing across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. Over her career, she has completed more than 800 transactions totaling over $300 million.

She began her commercial real estate career in 2011 after graduating from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, starting in property management before transitioning into full-time brokerage in 2014. This background gives her a practical, operations-focused perspective for investors.
